The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.386, dated 17.12.2015, registered under Sections 429,353,332,196 & 307 of IPC, at Police Station Hathin, District Palwal, Haryana (Annexure P-1). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was falsely involved in the present case and was wrongly arrested on 22.03.2016. He remained in custody for almost four months and was granted the concession of bail on 11.07.2016. Learned counsel further submits that under some mis- understanding, he absconded from the proceedings before the Trial Court on 06.03.2020 and was declared P.O on 22.02.2023.
