The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.151 dated 23.05.2025, registered under Sections 61, 308(2) and 115 of BNS (later on section 61 of BNS was altered as 61(2) of BNS in final report under Section 193(3) of BNSS, at Police Station Udyog Vihar, Gurugram and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise. 2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 07.04.2026, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 06.05.2026 has been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurugram. A perusal of the said report reveals that statements of the concerned persons have been recorded in the present case, who have stated that the matter PARVEEN KUMAR 2026.05.11 15:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
