Jagjit Singh & ors. : 2016(4) SCT 641 and various other judgments, from the date of her appointment and to pay the arrears for the said period along with interest @ 12% per annum and to consider and regularize the services of the petitioner on the basis of length of service and in view of the various judicial pronouncements. 2.
