The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue with her service in the office of respondent No.2. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the petitioner was initially appointed as a Clerk on 01.06.2009 on contractual basis through an outsourcing agency and has continuously served the respondents ever since.
