The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of orders dated 20.03.2026 (Annexure P-13) and 25.03.2026 (Annexure P-14), whereby respondents No.4-District Registrar, Firms & Societies, Sonepat has appointed respondent No.6 as Administrator. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, thus, petition has rendered infructuous. He however submits that election process may be resumed. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
