Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Hereinafter referred to as „Cr.P.C.‟) read with Article 227 of Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioners / Complainant and victims challenge the Judgment dated 02.03.2017 whereby the learned Special Judge, Delhi had dismissed the Appeal preferred by the Petitioners/Complainants against the Judgment dated 26.12.2016 of ld. MM acquitting the Respondents under Sections 325/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ‘IPC’).
