Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, seeking quashing of FIR No. 259 (P-1) dated 23.04.2024, registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Sector 10A, Gurugram. Petitioner further seeks quashing of the impugned challan/final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. dated 09.07.2024 (P-2), and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. 2. On 05.12.2025, when the petition was taken up for hearing, learned counsel sought adjournment, and the hearing was deferred to 15.01.2026. Again on 15.01.2026, counsel for the petitioner moved written request for an adjournment and learned State counsel informed that out of a total of 20 prosecution witnesses, 07 had already been examined.
