Through the instant petition, cast under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, a prayer is made for issuance of a direction upon the respondents-university to get the petitioner's papers of written examination of 6th Semester held in May, 2021, re-evaluated. He also seeks for issuance of a direction to award Internal Assessment marks to him of 6th Semester Examination conducted in the year 2019. In alternative the petitioner seeks an opportunity to appear afresh in Internal Assessment Papers of 6th Semester conducted in the year 2023. 2.
