Resultantly, On completion of the investigation, the challan was presented and on framing of charges, the trial commenced. Petitioners-Mohit Kamboj, Harwinder Singh and Sanjot Singh approached the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala praying for the grant of regular bail. However, after hearing both the sides and finding no merit in the same, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala dismissed the bail application filed by the petitioner vide orders dated 30.07.2025, 21.08.2024 and 27.01.2025, respectively. Hence, being aggrieved, Mohit Kamboj petitioner earlier approached this Court by way of filing CRM-M-42144-2024 and CRM-M-29654-2025, however, the same were dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide orders dated 04.09.2024 and 01.07.2025, respectively.
