Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.744, dated 17.12.2019, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 427, 435, 307 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh. 2. Brief facts of the present case as per the prosecution are that the petitioner in connivance with co-accused brutally attacked and caused injuries to the brother of the complainant with an intention to kill him. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present FIR was registered on 17.12.2019 and he was granted the concession of regular bail by the learned trial Court, vide order dated 08.10.2020.
