The petitioner has filed the present revision petition against the impugned judgment dated 20.02.2013, passed by the Court of Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner qua offence under Section 304-A IPC was ordered to be dismissed, however, his sentence was reduced from one year to nine months and order of sentence dated 28.02.2011, passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Fatehgarh Sahib, whereby the petitioner was ordered to be convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 304-A of IPC and was sentenced as under:- nder Section 279 ofRigorous imprisonment for a period of six months and ndian Penal Code o pay a fine of Rs.1000/-.
