Learned State counsel informs that in fact the petitioner is facing 10 criminal cases and in this regard the concerned SHO, SI Darshan Singh has forwarded the report to the office of District Magistrate, Malerkotla, therefore, there is no purpose for even considering the application form. In view of the information supplied by learned DAG, the present petition stands dismissed.
