Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0170 dated 10.09.2024, registered under Sections 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh. 2. The allegations against the petitioner are that he along with co-accused embezzled an amount of Rs.1,20,00,000/- of the complainant company. Hence the present FIR. 3.
