The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 211 dated 12.12.2025, registered under Sections 132, 221, 351(2) & 190 BNS, at Police Station Tibba, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 12.02.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
