The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 276, dated 29.10.2024, under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 332(c), 191(3) and 190 of the BNS Act, (Section 118(2) of BNS added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Punjab. 2. This Court vide order dated 04.05.2026, while notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
