(Oral) 1. There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. 2. A perusal of the case file reveals that on the last date of hearing, i.e. 25.02.2026, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had specifically directed the appellants to do the needful in order to facilitate the Registry to effect service upon the unserved respondents, as well as to move an appropriate application to implead the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.39. However, neither has compliance of the aforesaid directions been made by counsel for the appellants nor is there any representation on behalf of the appellants today. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, it is evident that no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present appeal pending on the doc
