The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regulate the services of the petitioner by considering the policies issued by the State from time to time i.e. policies dated 27.05.1993 (P-6), 07.03.1996 (P-7), 18.03.1996 (P-8), 01.10.2003 (P-9), 14.10.2006 (P-10), 18.06.2014 (P-11) and 20.06.2014 (P-12). 2. As certain errors have crept in during the drafting of the petition, which needs to be rectified and on that account, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for withdrawal of the same with liberty to file afresh with same cause of action. 3.
