(ORAL) The present revision petition has been preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by petitioner/plaintiff being aggrieved by impugned order dated 17.03.2026 (Annexure P-2), passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karnal whereby application filed by petitioner/plaintiff for leading additional evidence was dismissed. 2. It is worth noticing that the present petition was preferred by petitioner/plaintiff at the time when case was fixed for rebuttal evidence. Present is the third round of litigation before this Court in suit filed on 18.12.2008. Previously, petitioner/plaintiff had approached this Court vide CR-3305-2022 whereby petitioner/plaintiff was granted opportunity to lead evidence, subject to cost of Rs.5,000/- vide order dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by this Court. 3. Again vide CR-551-2024 petitioner/plaintiff had approached this Court agains
