Sessions Judge, Panchkula, in FIR No. 257 dated 31.12.2015, under Sections 406/420/120-B IPC at Police Station Sector 14, Panchkula and for modification of the said order in this regard. 2. At the very outset, learned State counsel, upon instructions, submits that the trial in the aforesaid case has already concluded, wherein three accused persons have been acquitted while one of them has been declared as a proclaimed offender. 3.
