(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for posting as Principal at Dronacharya Government College, Gurugram. 2. The petitioner is presently posted at Government College, Bissar Akbarpur, District Nuh, and is seeking posting at Gurugram since she is suffering from cancer. The chronic disease certificate to that effect, dated 02.03.2026, has been appended to the petition as Annexure P-1. 3. Learned State counsel has received instructions from the Department vide memo dated 27.05.2026, which is retained on the case file as Annexure ‘A’. Referring to the same, he contends that on humanitarian grounds the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking transfer to Government College, Gurugram, will be placed before the competent/
