Present revision petition is directed against order dated 08.03.2022 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Karnal, whereby application under Order VI Rule 17 CPC, 1908 filed by the plaintiff seeking amendment of the plaint has been allowed. 2. Plaintiffs filed suit seeking decree of declaration with the consequential relief of permanent injunction. The pleadings raised in the suit are primarily based upon an agreement dated 24.05.2017 entered into between the parties in a Civil Suit titled as “Jaspreet Singh vs. Vivek Sharma and others”. As per plaintiffs, the dispute was resolved.
