The case of the plaintiff-petitioner is that the respondents executed a registered agreement to sale of 1/3 part of plot no. 1667 area 2.387 hectare situated at Village- Nauranga Pargana and Tehsil- Rath, District- Hamirpur in favour of petitioner on 25.05.2011 in sale consideration of Rs. 1,30,000/-.
