A statement has been made by Sri Tushar Srivastava, who appears for the defendant-respondent, that he is well equipped with the instructions and he is in a position to argue the matter and he does not propose to file any affidavit. With the consent of the parties, the petition is being decided at the fresh stage. 3. The case of the plaintiff-petitioners is that they are three in number. The plaintiff petitioner no. 1 claims to be the wife of Yogendra, whereas plaintiff petitioner No. 2 and 3 are the daughters of Yogendra. An Original Suit No. 196 of 2024 came to be instituted before the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division-I, Hapur, being O.S. No. 196 of 2024,
