This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. Issue a petition, order or direction upon the Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad to decide Matrimonial Case No. 85 of 2026, CNR No. UPM0020002112026 (Smt. Payal Verma Vs. Arpit Gupta), under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended that the applicant was married to the opposite party according to Hindu rites and customs on 07.12.2012. A matrimonial dispute has arisen between the parties, which led to them living separately. An application under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was moved before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad on 23.01.2026, which is pending consideration.
