This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "A. Direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Kasia, Kushinagar to decide the Declaratory suit filed under section 34 specific relief act, arising out of original suit no. 1422 of 2022 (Amiroon Vs. Gram Panchayat and Another) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Kasia, Kushinagar, expeditiously preferably within stipulated period." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 1422 of 2022, pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kasia, Kushinagar. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordinate courts for deciding the suit within stipulated period.
