This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow the instant petition of the petitioners and be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.) Haveli, District- Azamgarh, to decide/expedite the Original Suit No.3229/2018 (Basundhara Versus Firti Devi And Others), which is presently pending before him, within stipulated period of time, which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, without granting unnecessary adjournment and any undue delay by the Court concern, in the interest of justice for just and fair decision of the case." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 3229 of 2018, pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Haveli, Azamgarh. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad
