This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i) a Issue an order or direction in suitable nature directing the learned court of Civil Judge (J.D.) West, Balllia to consider and decide the proceedings of Original Suit 757 of 2008 (Brij Kishor Vs Raj Kumar (Since Deceased) & others) within a stipulated period of time, as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper under the facts of the case." 2. From the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner has prayed for early disposal of Original Suit No. 757 of 2008, pending before the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division) West, Ballia. 3. The Division Bench of this Court in Ali Shad Usmani vs. Ali Isteba, 2015 (2) ADJ 250 (DB) has held that no direction can be issued to the sub- ordinate courts for deciding the suit within stipulated period.
