The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 180 dated 10.09.2025, under Section 21-C/29 NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Chheharta, District Amritsar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that co-accused Simranjit Singh was allegedly driving the motorcycle, co-accused Veerpal Singh @ Anshdeep Singh was riding as the pillion passenger, and the present petitioner was the third occupant on the said motorcycle.
