(ORAL) Present regular second appeal has been preferred by appellant- plaintiff being aggrieved by judgment and decree dated 04.05.2018 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Indri, whereby his suit for declaration with consequential relief of mandatory and permanent injunction was dismissed and also by judgment and decree dated 18.04.2002 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Karnal, whereby first appeal preferred by appellant-plaintiff was also dismissed. 2. In his suit, appellant-plaintiff had claimed to be owner in possession of suit land described in paragraphs No.2(a) and 2(b) of the plaint. It was asserted that appellant-plaintiff got registered sale deed No.2078/1 dated 02.02.2010 in favour of defendant No.2 as regards to land, duly described in paragraph No.2(a) of plaint. It was further claimed that appellant-plaintiff had never
