Both the counsel have submitted that the present application has been filed for seeking transfer of the divorce petition, from the courts of Hoshiarpur to the court of competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh. However, the counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to seek divorce by mutual consent. Even, counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is also ready for filing of petition under Section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act at Chandigarh.
