Brief facts of the case are that on 25.12.2025, a secret information was received by SI Baljeet Singh to the effect that three persons namely, Harsh Sharma, Manpreet Singh (petitioner herein) and Arshdeep Singh were engaged in the business of selling/supplying heroin and were coming from Amritsar to Mohali and Chandigarh in a bus for supplying the contraband.
