Petitioner has approached this Court praying for grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.64 dated 13.04.2026, under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 3(5) of the BNS, registered at Police Station Bhagta Bhai Ka, District Bathinda, Punjab. 2. Succinctly facts of the case are that the FIR in the present case has been lodged on the statement of complainant Sukhpreet Singh. It was alleged that on 11.04.2026 at about 07:00 PM, when he came to the road after doing workout from the government gym, Paras Singh armed with iron kappa hit his right hand with the same. Akashdeep Singh hit the left wrist of the complainant with khanda (religious instrument) and Manpreet Singh (petitioner) hit the left foot of the complainant with a small sword.
