The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.205 dated 24.12.2025, under Sections 21(c)/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. 2. The case of the prosecution is that co-accused Sandeep Singh @ Naibu and Gurpreet Singh @ Goggi were apprehended from whom recovery of 535 grams of heroin was allegedly effected.
