The prayer in this 2nd petition under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.112 dated 25.10.2024 registered under Sections 18 & 29 of NDPS Act at Police Station Kathgarh, District SBS Nagar. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Manpreet Singh (petitioner) was apprehended with 6 Kg of opium. During interrogation, he disclosed that on the asking of General Labh Singh @ Jannu (granted bail vide order dated 31.07.2025 Annexure P-4) he had taken the contraband from Derra Bassi. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
