(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.239 dated 09.12.2025 registered under Sections 22, 27-A [Section 29 added later on] of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that pursuant to the order dated 12.02.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required for investigation of the case. 3.
