The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.273, dated 21.10.2025 registered under Section 111(1) of BNS, 2023 (offence under Section 25 of Arms Act added later on), at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-5). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that four other co- accused, namely, Balraj Singh @ Baaj, Harjap Singh @ Bunty, Gurkirat Singh @ Gurkirat and Tajinder Singh were also arrested alongwith the petitioner and all of them have already been granted the concession of bail by the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, vide orders Annexures P-1 to P-4.
