(Oral) This petition for pre-arrest bail is the first petition filed by the petitioner(s) under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.169 dated 11.07.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 110, 303(2), 238, 118(1), 117(2), 115(2), 126(2), 324(4), 351(3), 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [Corresponding Sections 308, 379, 201, 325, 324, 323, 341, 427, 506, 148 and 149 Indian Penal Code, 1860], Police Station Sadar, District Faridkot. 2. Vide order dated 18.02.2026 the petitioner(s) was admitted to interim anticipatory bail, subject to the condition of furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of arresting officer. It was also directed that the petitioner(s) shall join the investigation. VI
