By way of present petition, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.691 dated 12.09.2025, under Sections 191(3), 190, 115, 351(2), 126, 110 and 117(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar Karnal, District Karnal. 2. Brief facts of the case are that on 11.09.2025, complainant Paramjeet @ Sonu alleged that he was called to village Darar for a panchayati talk, where petitioners along with co-accused wrongfully restrained him and actively participated in the assault and inflicted various injuries with weapons like dandas and iron rods. When the complainant’s father and sister arrived, they were also beaten by the same group. On this basis, FIR was registered, CCTV footage was collected during investigation, and challan has been presented against the petitioners and other arrested accused.
