Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to recover detenue, namely, Kulwant Kaur (mother of the petitioner) and to produce her before this Court and handover the detenue to petitioner. 2. At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions, has stated that detenue, namely, Kulwant Kaur has already been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has also been recorded. He submits that in her statement, the detenue deposed that she left the home on her own and presently she is in the company of the petitioner only. 3. In view of the submissions made, the present petition stands disposed of. However, parties would be at liberty to pursue their remedies in case any further cause of action accrues.
