JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: Mr. Shruti Jain Goyal , Advocate for the petitioner(s) SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, especially, in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 21.05.2026 (Annexure P-4), issued in purported compliance of the directions issued by this Court in CWP-PIL-86-2026 titled "Court on its Own Motion us State of Haryana", (Annexure P-3), vide which the Assistant/Deputy District Attorneys and District Attorneys have been transferred without calling any preferences/choices from them and without adopting any rational/ reasonable guidelines/criteria/policy, in a completely opaque, arbitrary, discrepant and discriminatory manner, in so much so that the officers working at one particular place have been transferred at the same place and the officers like the Petitioner, have been transferred to far off
