The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0200 dated 01.07.2025, under Sections 109(1), 351(3) of BNS, later on added Section 62(2), 238 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala. 2.
