This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of the order dated 29.04.2023 passed by the Ld. JMIC, Chandigarh, in complaint titled as “Balbir Kaur versus Sharma Electronic & Another” bearing No. NACT/2699/2023, date of institution 28.04.2023, wherein the pplication filed by the respondent/complainant for condonation of delay of 13 days in filing the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act was allowed.
