Through the instant petition, cast under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, a challenge is thrown to the order dated 07.10.2021 (Annexure P-2), whereby, certain benefits, as were given to the petitioner, are ordered to be withdrawn, and a direction has been passed upon the petitioner to deposit the excess drawn amount of Rs.99,668/- into the Government Treasury. Failing which the respondent no.2, shall initiate recovery proceedings against him. 2. The sole ground upon which, the challenge is thrown to the order (supra) is that, before passing such order, neither any show cause notice was issued, nor any opportunity of hearing, was afforded to petitioner.
