In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the public notice dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure P-8), vide which the Commission has decided to shortlist candidates up to 15 times the total number of posts for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) for the posts of Male Constable (GD) and Male Constable (GRP), advertised in pursuance to the advertisement dated 01.01.2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that despite the petitioner had submitted the online application form even then, the petitioner has not been called for the Physical Measurement Test (PMT). 3.
