(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the FIR No.829 dated 04.11.2022 under Section 174-A IPC registered at Police Station Hansi City, District Hansi. The counsel for the State submits that in fact, the PO order is dated 29.10.2022. Petitioner No.1/Manoj Kumar surrendered before the concerned Court on 31.10.2022 and petitioner No.2/Kanhiya Lal surrendered before the concerned Court on 03.11.2022. The FIR came to be registered only on 04.11.2022. Now, the petitioners stand convicted for having committed an offence under Section 138 of the NI Act vide a judgment dated 29.02.2024. Therefore, the present petition is liable to be dismissed
