Prayer in the present petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution is for setting aside the order dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Rohtak, whereby, application under Order I Rule 10 and Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, was dismissed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw present Revision Petition, with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 08.09.2025, along with the decision in the main matter, i.e. Civil Suit No.121 of 28.01.2016/23.06.2020, titled as “Manohar Lal Vs. Sahil etc.”, which is stated to be pending for final hearing before the trial Court, if so required. 3. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
