Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of impugned FIR No.0006 dated 22.01.2025, under Sections 125, 223, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 27, 30 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sadar Pathankot, District Pathankot and summoning order dated 18.03.2026 vide which petitioners are summoned by learned JMIC, Pathankot despite cancellation report filed by police. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedies as available to them, before the trial Court, in accordance with law. 3.
