In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to grant/issue the arms licence to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner had applied for grant of arms licence vide application dated 01.10.2025 (Annexure P-4). She submits that till date no decision has been taken on the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of arms licence. Learned counsel on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 01.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. 3.
