RREKK AWARD OF LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.5 The appeal stands settled at Rs.4,00,000/-over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Tribunal in terms of proposal form dated 22.05.2026 duly signed by both the parties. Accordingly, this award is made with the direction to the Insurance Company to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs.4,00,000/- (Ru- pees Four Lakhs Only) by cheque/draft,in favour of appellant No.1- Manju (Rs.1,00,000/-), appellant No.2.Pari Bhola-(Rs.1,00,000/-), appellant No.3-Sahil Bhola (Rs.1,00,000/-) and 4 (i)-Rajinder Kaur (Rs.50,000/-) & 4(ii)-Mohinder Singh (Rs.50,000/-) with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of 6 weeks of this order. Failing compliance of the order, interest @ 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order.
