KKK AWARD OF LOK ADALAT BENCH NO.5 On 19.02.2026, learned counsel for the appellant signed a proposal form claiming Rs.15,000/-over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Tribunal. Today, Mr. P. H. S. Pannu, Advocate for respondent-insurance company has accepted the proposal and signed the consent form. The appeal stands settled at Rs.15,000/-over and above the amount already awarded by the learned Tribunal in terms of proposal form dated 19.02.2026 duly signed by both the parties. Accordingly, this award is made with the direction to the Insurance Company to deposit the enhanced amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Ru- pees Fifteen Thousands Only) by cheque/draft,in favour of appellant Nos.1-Manju and appellant No.4-Rajbala (in equal share) with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court within a period of 6 weeks of this order.
